CBBS will work with you to analyze your individual needs from the different departments, to then formulate requirements and scoring lists for required pre-trade, at-trade and post-trade vendor services.
With this at our hands, we will screen the market for potential fitting vendors and in partnership with you prepare RFI’s and RFQ’s for further evaluation. Based on the scoring, fitted vendors can be short listed, again in agreement with you. CBBS will then prepare for live product presentations and based on the findings again elaborate the best fitted solution, in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders. The evaluation process will be well described and provide a resilient documentation for later auditing.
We have worked with large banks and brokerages to analyze the market and compare the different vendors, to then – together with the client – evaluate best fit for individual needs, and when needed assisted with the price negotiation. Examples of our work can be delivered upon request.
If required, CBBS will also assist with the implementation of chosen solutions and the later monitoring of the performance and proof of concept hereof.
